MARCH MINUTES

 

The board of governors for the H Smith Richardson Golf Club met on 3/4/26
Joe Everard called the meeting to order at 7:00pm. A quorum was established

 

OFFICERS PRESENT: Joe Everard President, Rich Battista Vice President, Mike
Windels, Treasurer, Steve Taylor Secretary, Brian Daly Past President.

 

BOARD OF GOVERNORS: Brian Everard, Dave Henry, Jeff O’Connell, John
Brockett, Jim Zemola

 

TREASURERS REPORT: Mike Windels, see report. Dave Henry made a motion to
accept the report, Second Jim Zemola. (passed)

 

BUDGET SUB COMMITTEE: Brian Daly, see report. Membership is down

 

MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE: Brian Everard, more than 40 members ( new and
returning) signed up after email blast. New members were ratified. There was
discussion about an end of year memorial tournament.

 

TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE: Brian Daly, Powlishen Tournament, Brian spoke
with Mike Windmere will keep tournament. There is the potential for an end of
year tournament instead of the Shoreline which was cancelled for this year

 

GOLF COMMISION: Don Dimartino..... no report

 

JR GOLF: Dave Henry

 

SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE : Mike Beccaria no report

 

WEBSITE AND TECHNOLOGY: Jeff O’Connell, Website has been updated

 

OLD BUSINESS: Clock for Peter was discussed, Funds that were raised at
tournament were given to Peters son for college expenses

 

NEW BUSINESS:

There being no further business Joe Everard adjourned the meeting at 7:36
