JANUARY MINUTES

 

The board of governors for the H Smith Richardson golf club met on 1/7/2026
Brian Daly called the meeting to order at 7:01 pm

 

OFFICERS PRESENT: Brain Daly past president, Mike Windels treasurer,
Steve Taylor secretary

 

BOARD OF GOVERNORS: Brian Everard, Jeff O’Connell, Don Dimartino, Dave
Henry

 

TREASURERS REPORT: Mike Windels, see report Mike reported that there is a
cd which is close to maturity. Dave Henry made a motion to reinvest, Jeff
O’Connell second. approved

 

BUDGET SUB COMMITEE: Brian Daly, see report

 

MEMBERSHIP AND HANDICAP: Brian Everard . No report

 

NOMINATING COMMITEE: Bill Zilliox. Members up for seats on board, Don
Dimartino, Dave Henry, Jim Zemola, Tim Falvey

 

TOURNAMENT COMMITEE: Brian Daly, awards have been ordered from
Champion Awards

 

GOLF COMMISION: Don Dimartino. There is an increase in fees on all
memberships and daily rates

 

JUNIOR GOLF: Dave Henry will take control of the junior golf program

 

SCOLARSHIP COMMITEE: Mike Beccaria. No report

 

WEBSITE AND TECHNOLOGY: Jeff O’Connell. Will run voting test on site

 

CUPS AND PLAQUES: Vacant

 

OLD BUSINESS: None

 

NEW BUSINESS: Annual meeting will take place on 1/21/2026 at Boca

There being no further the meeting was adjourned at 7:54 pm
