The board of governors for the H Smith Richardson golf club met on 12/3/2025
Joe Everard called the meeting to order @ 6:56 pm

 

OFFICERS PRESENT: Joe Everard president, Rich Battista vice president,
Mike Windels treasurer, Steve Taylor secretary, Brian Daly past president

 

BOARD OF GOVERNORS: Brian Everard,Don Dimartino, John Brockett, Brian
Zimerly, Dave Henry, Jeff O’Connell

 

TREASURERS REPORT: Mike Windels, see report

 

BUDGET SUB COMMITEE: Brian Daly, see report

 

MEMBERSHIP AND HANDICAP: Brian Everard, see report,

 

NOMINATING COMMITEE: Bill Zillox, There is a new system to Pre reg for
board, there has been only 1 application for board with 3 openings. A motion
was made by Rich Battista to waive application process for Jeff Maier, and Jim
Zemola. John Brockett (second) passed.

 

TOURNAMENT COMMITEE: John Brockett, no report, there was disscusion
on tournament scheduling

 

GOLF COMMISION: Don Dimartino, no report

 

JUNIOR GOLF: No Report

 

SCHOLARSHIP COMMITEE: Mike Becarria, no report

 

WEBSITE AND TECHNOLOGY: Jeff O’Connell, will update website and
include the registration information

 

CUPS AND PLAQUES: John Brockett (see email 11/17/2025) has put together
a list of HIO and Major winners

 

OLD BUSINESS: Annual meeting 1/15/2026, we will have regular monthly
meeting on 1/7/2026

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 8:17 pm
